No-Bake Chocolate Cornflakes

This very simple recipe make about 72 pieces of cornflakes. It is so easy, that even kids can do it. It is very popular for Eid and Easter too.

Ingredients:

  • 200g cornflakes
  • 300g cooking milk chocolates (35-56%)
  • 100g dark chocolate (72%)
  • 50g grind pecan nut
  • Multi-coloured sugar sprinkles or strands for toppings
  • Extra mini cupcake baking cups (about 72 pieces)

Instructions:

  1. Prep the ingredients
    • Weigh the cornflakes and set aside.
    • Grind/Blend the pecan (finely)
  2. Melt the butter – double boiling.
    • Leave to cool for about 5 minutes.
  3. Mix main ingredients.
    • Pour the pecan into the cornflakes bowl
    • Pour in the melted butter.
    • Mix well.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the baking cups
  5. Decorate with some sprinkles.
  6. Leave to cool for about an hour.
  7. Enjoy the chocolate bites, or store in air tight container.
